Best Chinese food in Delaware? Possibly. After all, if you live in DE and want good Chinese food you just drive up to Philly for that.
Service was excellent both times I went, sushi rolls was OK and better than Wegman's if that's saying much.
One note: if you really want good dim sum go to Chopstix in Rosedale MD or Philly.
- Beef noodles: 5/5 will order again.
- Combo noodles (ramen with shrimp and chashu pork): 4/5.
- Popcorn chicken: 5/5; as good as popcorn chicken can get without going to Taiwan.
- Spicy dumplings: 2/5. Skin was overcooked, meat was too hard, sauce too generic.
- Phoenix paws (chicken feet dim sum): 1/5; only 2 pieces?????? And kinda bland though not overcooked.
- Shrimp dumplings (dim sum): 4/5
- Spicy tuna onigiri: 1/5; shouldn't really use sushi rice for onigiri, the vinegar mixed rice is too overpowering when used in onigiri amounts (vs roll sushi amount of rice).
- Steamed soup dumplings: 4/5, it's pretty good (for Delaware).
- Minced pork noodles (dry): 4/5
- Sushi/sashimi combo: 0/5. Seriously why would you put ice on a plate where sushi rice sits next to it? When the ice melts the water destroyed the sushi completely.
4 stars, because Delaware. -

Came in for lunch and tried other things on the menu this time. I got the minced pork over rice, bbq eel roll and shrimp tempura roll.
The minced pork came out first and is was super delicious. You get a lot for what you pay for for sure! The minced pork is very flavorful! I loved how the meat sauce mixes with the rice. The roast pork that I chose with the dish was a nice addition to the dish.
Service wise the waitresses seem distracted most of the time. I saw that my sushi was really for a bit and they didn't bring it over till later.
Shrimp tempura roll was pretty good. The bbq eel roll was just okay. Overall the seasoning of the food seemed to improve from the last time I was here. I would come back and try the ramen when it gets colder :) -

Best oriental Chinese restaurant in the Newark Area! We've been here multiple times and have tried most the menu, highly recommend the house made noodles. Not the ramen but the noodles, the minced pork noodles has been by far the best cold noodle dish. The ramen is below par, the broth isn't as rich and is too watery. The dumplings are AMAZING, the spicy chili wonton is a must have.
Recommendations- go during lunch time there's minimal wait, spicy chili wonton (amazing mix of spice oil cilantro and pork wonton), the minced pork noodles -

Not the worst, but not the best. I say good because there's finally a trendy asian restaurant in the Christiana mall. Has the basics of ramen, asian noodle soup, sushi, dimsum options, onigir, and boba. Service is a little slow and the ramen came out a little cold. Sticky rice was good. Good option to fulfill your asian food craving.

My wife and I pass this place all the time near the mall and always wondered about it. We finally went in because my wife was in the mood for onigiri and we saw they had it. It came and it was so good we wanted more. We also got red bean dim sum which was also delicious along with the ramen. The prices we very reasonable and staff friendly. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars is it seemed like they brought the food out whenever they wanted not all at the same time. They brought my wife's ramen out like 5 minutes before mine. Anyway we will be back next time we are in the mood for ramen.
